Take on the Waddington Fell Race in Lancashire on Sunday 27 September 2026, a challenging 11.3 km course with 415 m climb across well marshalled upland terrain. Entry on the day at the Village Club with proceeds supporting Mountain Rescue.

October 2026

Take on the Town to Tower 10k on 3 October 2026, an all uphill 10k from Ruthin to the Jubilee Tower atop Moel Famau. Expect varied trails, steep climbs and stunning summit views in this scenic autumn challenge.

Tackle a stunning 32 mile loop through the Cambrian Mountains, with lake views, forest tracks and fully marked, supported trails. Limited to 100 runners, a festival weekend at Camp Plas offers camping, live music and post race food.

Take on Twin Peaks and Ras Consti in Aberystwyth for a coastal trail that climbs Pen Dinas and Constitution Hill. Senior race is 11.7 km with great views and junior races welcome ages 7 to 15.

Join the 20th Andrew Heywood Memorial Windgather on 11 Oct 2026 in the Peak District, a 21.7 km trail with 762 m ascent starting at the Burbage Institute, Buxton. Pre entry is advised and pre entries receive a commemorative memento.

Enjoy scenic autumn trails at Loggerheads Country Park with 6 km and 12 km options suitable for all abilities, including canicross. Family friendly with no time limits and early starts for quieter running.

Take on the Brenig Way 50 km trail through the Dee Valley and Clocaenog Forest, finishing on the Llyn Brenig dam. Expect technical climbs, riverside paths and full electronic timing with GPS trackers to keep you on course.

The James Coulson Laxey Fell will take place in Laxey on Saturday 24 October 2026. You can run 13 kilometers.

Run the Bronte Way fell race through the South/West Pennines, a scenic 12 km point to point with 351 m of climb. Pre entry only with limited bus support and a warming soup and roll at the finish make this a classic autumn challenge.

Take on The Drop in Manchester, a blindfolded navigation challenge where teams or solo runners are bused to a secret drop and must find their way back on foot. Choose 10 or 15 mile options for a unique test of navigation and grit.

Race You To The Summit is a classic 4.3 mile fell race from the Summit Inn up to the White House and back, with about 260 m of climbing through Pennine moorland. Come in Halloween fancy dress for the costume competition and prizes.

November 2026

Run through Newborough Forest and across Llanddwyn Island with stunning Menai Strait and Snowdonia views at the Anglesey Trail Half Marathon and 10K. Enjoy a lively event village, chip timing and unique finisher mementos.

Take on a rugged 10 km Pennine challenge around Todmorden with 350 m of climbing, starting and finishing at the Shepherds Rest Inn. Teams welcome and entry is on the day for £5; minimum age 16.

Tackle a scenic but testing fell race in Dunnerdale, Lake District: 8 km with a 550 m climb over rugged hills. Pre entry only, join solo or as a three person team for a classic Broughton Mills Village Hall start.

The Narradale Fell Race will take place in Sulby on Saturday 7 November 2026. You can run 20 kilometers.

Tackle a classic Peak District fell race around the Roaches and Shutlingsloe: 15 miles with over 1100 m of climbing across rugged, scenic terrain. On the day entry is available for £15 and includes a hot meal, perfect for adventurous runner..

Take on the Slate Trail Ultra in Snowdonia from 14 to 15 November 2026, with 80 km or 147 km routes that traverse dramatic coastal and mountain trails. Marked aid stations and UTMB points make this a true test of endurance.

Run Arnside Knott in the Dave Shinn Memorial Race on Sun 15 Nov 2026, a scenic 6 mile challenge with 333 m of climb. On the day entry, cakes and great Lake District views.

Tackle the classic Tour of Pendle on Sat 21 Nov 2026, a challenging 27 km fell race across the dramatic South West Pennines from Barley Village Hall. Expect tough climbs, sweeping Pennine views and lively club competition with team prizes.
