The Brynkinalt Running Festival is a two-day event held on the private Brynkinalt Estate near Brynkinalt Hall, Wrexham LL14 5NS. Events are scheduled across two days: canicross takes place on the first day and trail running on the second day. Distances offered include:

Minimum ages are 12 years for the 5k and 16 years for the 10k. Awards are given to the top three female and top three male finishers at each distance. The festival lists The Movement Centre as a charity partner.

Route, facilities and logistics

Routes use a mix of footpaths, grassed sections and some small stony sections, with climbs and estate views. The event takes place on private land and the route is not published for general access. Race headquarters, start and finish are located in front of Brynkinalt Hall; the start and finish areas are a short walk from the parking area. Organisers plan one water station roughly halfway around the 10k and water near the start and finish areas; runners are advised to bring a suitable bottle to carry. Parking is at Brynkinalt Estate, Chirk, Trevor Road LL14 5HA, with a stated parking fee of £3 and a note to arrive from the centre of Chirk rather than the trade entrance.
