Wrexham 5K & 10K Trail at Brynkinalt Estate
The event is a two day trail running festival held at Brynkinalt Hall on the Brynkinalt Estate, on the edge of Wrexham in countryside normally closed to the public. The festival includes trail running and a canicross category, with canicross scheduled on the first day and standard running on the second day.

The routes use a mix of fast footpaths, grass sections and some small stony areas, with climbs that provide wide-ranging views across the private estate. The organiser does not publish the detailed route because the estate is private land. Race start and finish are located a short walk from the parking area in front of the hall; participants should remain within the designated runner area.
Facilities and event details include a single water station positioned roughly halfway on the 10 km route and additional water at the start and finish area. A medal and other post race goodies are provided at the finish. Awards are given to the top three female and top three male finishers at each distance. Parking is available at Brynkinalt Estate, Chirk, Trevor Road, LL14 5HA, with a stated parking fee of £3. Minimum ages are 12 years for the 5 km and 16 years for the 10 km.
