Transfers are possible only while entries are open, and race deferrals are not available.

A tough trail half marathon in Aberdyfi with 850 meters of climbing. The scenic route runs through the UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere and along the Wales Coast Path. It's a UTMB Index Race for the 20K category.

UTMB Index

A 47 mile ultra from Barmouth to Llanidloes that follows National Cycle Route 8 and forms Day 3 of the six day CYMRUN series. Entrant numbers are limited and a 4 mph minimum average pace is enforced.

Journey into the Heart of Wales on a 30-mile circular trail run. The route connects four scenic trails, passing the Clywedog reservoir and the source of the River Severn. Fully stocked aid stations and a supportive crew await in Llanidloes.
