Nant Yr Arian Silver Trail Races
The Nant Yr Arian Silver Trail Races take place in the Cambrian Mountains and are presented as the ninth edition of the event. The programme offers a choice of distances on mixed, varied terrain with mountain scenery. The event is run on a not for profit basis and supports local charities.
Races and junior options include:
- Half Marathon
- 10 km
- Junior races: under 7 0.5 mile accompanied, 7-11 1.5 miles, 12-16 2.6 miles
Routes are fully signed and waymarked and GPX files are available as a backup. The half marathon route has two feed stations and the 10 km route has one. Marshals are stationed around the courses. Organisers require a basic level of mandatory kit to manage potentially adverse mountain weather; kit details are published on the event social channels.
The event village is described as family friendly with hot and cold food, speciality coffee and healthy food options.
