The Loop Ultra - Dolanog

The Loop Ultra is a 32-mile (50 km) trail running event held at Camp Plas, near Dolanog and Welshpool in the remote Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales. This challenging ultra features marked routes through rugged trails, forest tracks, and ancient paths, passing stunning Lake Vrynwy and offering spectacular views of the Shropshire Hills and southern Snowdonia. Limited to 100 runners to preserve the wild, eco-friendly setting, the event includes well-stocked checkpoints catering to all dietary needs. Camp Plas provides exclusive camping with amenities, wild swimming, yoga, and live music, creating a vibrant, community atmosphere.
