Set in the Cambrian Mountains, The Loop Ultra is a 32-mile trail race starting and finishing at Camp Plas, near Dolanog, Welshpool, in Mid Wales. The marked route threads forest tracks and ancient paths toward Lake Vrynwy, offering dramatic views across the Shropshire Hills and Snowdonia; red kites are often seen along the way. The event is capped at 100 runners and is canicross-friendly.

Camp Plas hosts exclusive weekend camping with bell tents and log cabins, plus eco-friendly facilities. Checkpoints keep you fueled; a generous 14-hour cap ensures completion.
