A 6.5 km hill run from Trefonen Village Hall with 150 m of ascent, mixed farmland, woods and country lanes. The partly waymarked course includes varied underfoot conditions and a trig point on Mynydd Myfyr; entry is available on the day.

A chip timed *10k* trail run on 24 May 2026 that starts and finishes at Bredon Cricket Club. The marshalled route climbs to the 299 m summit of Bredon Hill and all finishers receive a medal.

Choose your own distance on a flat, scenic 5.3km loop along the River Mersey. This timed event gives you 7 hours to run as many laps as you like, from a single lap to an ultra. Every participant earns a finisher's medal.

Crocodile 8 on 24 May 2026 is a hilly trail and tarmac race around Tillington and Burghill with music en route and an after-event party at Burghill Community Academy. Senior and junior distances are available.

An off-road race in Dursley on 25 May 2026 covering about 10.31 km with 318 m of climb, visiting Cam Peak, Cam Long Down, Uley Bury and Downham Hill. Entries are limited to 120 and handled via Entry Central.

Mynydd Mawr is a midweek race near Caernarfon covering 6.7 km with 450 m of ascent, part of the North Wales Mid Week Series. Navigational skills are required; preregistration is requested and a day-entry fee of £2 applies.

A 5 km fell race near Pengenffordd in South Wales with about 320 m of climb and a route that requires navigational skills. Junior races are available from age 7 and the event is insured by the WFRA.

A backyard ultra at Far Coley Farm on 29 May 2026 where runners complete a 4.167 mile loop every hour until one runner remains. The event features a race village, limited on site accommodation and basic recovery facilities.

A 3 km or 5 km run at Bowdon Rugby Club with drinking stations every kilometre and a mix of inflatable and non inflatable obstacles. Drinks are included and only participants aged 18 or over may take part.

A reworked May 2026 50 mile trail around Telford passing Ironbridge and the Wrekin, with four checkpoints, recommended trail shoes and a 9PM cut off. Participants report good waymarking and well stocked aid stations.

A 6.4 km fell race at Calon y Cwm camping, Cilycwm, with 244 m ascent on a partially marked route through fields, wet forest, tracks and rocky ground. Entry on the day £7; minimum age over 16.

A mountain fell race of 13 km and 1550 m ascent finishing at Yr Wyddfa Summit, requiring navigational skills and prior mountain experience. Registration is in Llanberis with compulsory coach transfer to the Ogwen start.

A long fell race of 32 km with 2870 m ascent finishing at Yr Wyddfa Summit that requires navigational skill and significant mountain experience; pre-entry includes coach travel, GPS tracking and a souvenir mug.
