Both routes are trail runs that take in the Pen Y Fan summit. Included with entry are a buff, a medal, chip timing, a National Trust contribution fee, a signed posted and marshalled route, and provision of water and sweets at the finish of the 5-mile race and at one checkpoint on the 13-mile race. A reusable cup is required.
