Practical information

Aid stations are fully stocked and placed at approximately every 10 km. Medical support, marked courses, drinking water and snacks at checkpoints, hot water for campsite food preparation, and ground safety assistance are provided on course. A GPS tracker is included for the 110 km option. Participants may camp at Llangorse Activity Centre on the nights before and during the event.

Under-23 competitors can enter free across all distances. The event uses relaxed cut-offs, with an average allowance of about 2 hours 30 minutes per 10 km section. If a competitor cannot finish a stage they are offered entry to the following edition at half price; however they do not receive a finisher’s medal or an official result.
