RunThrough Snowdonia Sea2Sky - 5 September 2026

RunThrough Snowdonia Sea2Sky is a set of trail races held in Eryri, based at Bath House, The Quay, Barmouth LL42 1HB, United Kingdom. The route runs from Barmouth beach to the summit of Cadair Idris and returns, covering coastal viewpoints, forest tracks, rocky paths and open mountain trails.

The event offers three distance options:

  • 12 km
  • 25 km
  • Long distance around 53–54 km

All routes are waymarked using trail flags, tags, A5 arrows and signage, and marshals will staff major junctions. Organisers provide GPX files for the course to support navigation. Race entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. An event village will offer food and drink options and partner giveaways at the finish.

The organiser reports active work on sustainability measures for the event. The race is licensed under the TRA and will follow UKA rules. Event materials note a discounted event t-shirt is available at checkout and that use of an EA or TRA number at checkout will provide a small entry discount. Trail runs nearby

A 24 hours ultra trail event from Llanberis that challenges solo runners or relay teams to ascend Yr Wyddfa as many times as possible. UTMB indexed distances and on course support are provided, with an official charity partner.

Trail races in Llanberis, Eryri Snowdonia offering 10K, half marathon, marathon and a 57 km ultra, with routes via Rhyd Ddu, Beddgelert, Nant Gwynant, Pen y Pass and Yr Wyddfa and chip timing.

A guided traverse of the 14 Welsh 3000 foot peaks covering about 50 km and roughly 4,000 m of ascent, offered as a continuous 20 hour challenge or over two to three days with low ratio guiding and on-route support.

A mountain running event on 18 July 2026 covering 15.35 km with 994 m ascent. Entrants must be 18 or older and have mountain running experience.
