RunThrough Snowdonia Sea2Sky is a one-day trail running event in and around Barmouth and the Cadair Idris area of Eryri. The route links coastal viewpoints, forest tracks, rocky paths and open mountain trails, including a route that reaches the summit of Cadair Idris and returns toward the coast.

Race entries include marked courses with trail flags, tags, A5 arrows and signage, plus marshals at major junctions. The organiser supplies GPX files for competitors to follow and correct course position if needed.
