Course Description

The RunThrough Snowdonia Sea2Sky event takes place on Saturday, 5 September 2026 in Barmouth, Wales. The races start and finish at Bath House Beach on The Quay.

Participants can choose from three trail running distances: a 12k, a 25k, and a 54k. The route begins at Barmouth beach and goes to the summit of Cadair Idris and back. It features a mix of coastal viewpoints, forest tracks, rocky paths, and open mountain trails.

Included with Entry

Entry includes chip timing, a unique themed medal, free race photos, and post-race goodies. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags, and marshals are present on the course.
