Ooops I Ran It Again - Wales

This is a 7 hour time challenge held at Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare. Participants may run as many or as few laps as they wish within the time limit. The minimum recorded distance for a finisher is 3 km. A full lap is listed as 7 km (4.37 miles) but may be changed to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions. The lap contains 3 km and 5 km turn points to assist compliance with UK Athletics age restrictions. It is three laps for a half marathon, six laps for a marathon and seven or more laps for an ultra; a 50 km option is also available.

The course runs on well maintained footpaths with views of the surrounding countryside. Aid and drinks tables are provided at the start and finish of each lap with a selection of drinks, snacks and vegan options. Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Distance pins are awarded for half marathon, mega-half, marathon, 50 km and ultra distances and one pin is attached to the medal ribbon.

Facilities at the venue include toilets, a cafe, and free parking. There are no separate changing facilities or showers. A non-secure bag area is available at the start and finish. Bone conducting headphones only are permitted. The event is organised and managed by Saturn Too Limited and takes place on public footpaths, so runners are asked to be considerate of other path users.
