Ooops I Ran It Again - Wales

This is a Britney inspired 7 hour Time Challenge held at Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare. The format lets participants choose how far to run within the seven hour window; walkers are welcome and costume dress based on the theme is permitted. Membership offers a reduced entry price of £10 and guarantees entry plus a mini-me medal pin at each event.

Minimum distance for an official finish is 3 km. A full lap is stated as 4.37 miles (7 km) but may change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions. The lap includes 3 km and 5 km turn points to help younger runners comply with UK Athletics distance rules. Laps required for standard distances are described in the event information.

The course runs on well-maintained footpaths around Dare Valley Country Park and includes countryside views; it is suitable for road trainers. The regular course may change following a health and safety review.

Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Distance pins are available for half-marathon, mega-half, marathon, 50 km and ultra achievements; one pin is added to the medal ribbon. Finishers receive a goody bag with a vegan option.

Aid and drinks tables are available at the start/finish of each lap with snacks and vegan choices, and ice cream is provided for finishers. Venue facilities include toilets, a nearby cafe, and free parking. Bag storage is available but not secure. Bone conducting headphones only are allowed. The event is organised by Saturn Too Limited.
