Race for Life Pretty Muddy Stoke On Trent

Race for Life Pretty Muddy at Central Forest Park, Stoke On Trent, takes place on Sunday 26 July 2026. The event is a 5k obstacle course where participants climb, crawl and slide through muddy obstacles on a route that uses grass, woodland and tarmacked paths. The start and finish are on the grass area by the lake and Visitors Centre.

Participants must be 13 years of age or older to take part in this event. There is a minimum fundraising target of £50. Entry prices listed are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children. Start times are organised in staggered waves, with each wave beginning every 15 minutes; groups are asked to be in the same wave.

On-site facilities include refreshments and toilets. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available. Blue badge parking, volunteer parking and limited cycle parking are available; general parking guidance and nearby city centre car parks are provided. There are no electric charging points.

A 4.5 km fell race near Telford with 247 m of climb, part of the Shropshire Summer Fell Series. Junior races for U10, U12 and U14 are held separately with free entry.

A social 10k trail run from Kickback Coffee in Bollington with free coffee on arrival, stiles and steady climbs, panoramic views, and dogs welcome though leads may be required through fields.

A 230 km Pennine Bridleway trail challenge to be completed within 75 hours, crossing Peak District and Yorkshire moors to finish in Cumbria. Indoor checkpoints provide hot meals, sleeping space and water support.

A Peak District running and walking event in Castleton on 18 April 2026 offering a full 70 km route and a half 35 km route, with entries via SiEntries and proceeds supporting the Peak District National Park Foundation.
