Pumsaint Trail Half Marathon

The Pumsaint Trail Half Marathon is a hilly trail race held in the Cothi valley and organised by Sarn Helen Running and Cycling Club, Lampeter. The event takes place at Pumsaint Village Hall in Pumsaint, Llanwrda, Carms SA19 8UW on Sunday 20th September 2026. Entry is managed via online entry.
