Routes use a mix of coastline, cliffs, moors, ridges, and woodlands. The 100 km route is described as a figure-of-8 made up of west and east loops that visit different parts of the peninsula and its historic sites.

Support and logistics feature covered rest stops approximately every 12.5 km with larger marquees every 25 km. The event provides signed routes with numerous route markers and GPS tracking via a mobile app. A timing system logs progress at rest stops and a control room monitors participants.

Catering is included with snacks every 12.5 km and meal stops every 25 km; dietary requirements are catered for and lighter options are available for runners. Medical and welfare provision includes doctors, paramedics, first aid, podiatrists, and massage teams, plus mobile emergency medical teams coordinated by a 24 hour control room. Finishers receive a medal, T-shirt, a glass of fizz, and an official challenge certificate. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
