Courses start at different locations along the North Devon and Exmoor coastline and finish at either Barnstaple or Minehead depending on the distance. The 110-mile route begins at Hartland Quay and includes nearly 6,000 m of elevation gain; it joins the 110 km route at Barnstaple and continues east to Minehead. The 110 km route starts in Barnstaple and joins the Exmoor section at Combe Martin. The 65 km route joins the longer route between Hartland Quay and Barnstaple; its final 16 km are on tarmac and largely flat. The 55 km route traverses Exmoor National Park from Combe Martin to Minehead and passes notable coastal features including Culbone Hill (433 m) and Great Hangman (244 m). Transport to start locations is offered for several distances. The 110-mile distance requires a previous finish at a 50+ km event as an entry qualification. ITRA and UTMB index points are allocated by distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
