The North Coast 110 / Exmoor Coast Ultra is scheduled for 7-8 November 2026, finishing at the South West Coast Path Monument in Minehead. The event uses self-navigation along the South West Coast Path and includes GPS tracking. Entries open 4 November 2025 and close 29 October 2026. There are five course options. The 110-mile race requires evidence of a previous 50+ km finish on entry. Transport is available to the event starts. ITRA/UTMB scoring is allocated as follows: the 110-mile race is 6 ITRA points (100M UTMB index), the 114 km is 4 ITRA points (100K UTMB index), and the 58 km is 3 ITRA points (50K UTMB index).
Courses and route notes
Routes follow coastal and estuary sections of the South West Coast Path. The Hartland Quay start sections are described as particularly hilly. Flat sections run around the Torridge and Taw estuaries. The Hartland Coast Ultra includes a final 16 km on tarmac into Barnstaple. The North Coast 114 km begins with a night-time start in Barnstaple and passes Braunton Burrows, Woolacombe Sands and Morte Point, reaching the half way point at Combe Martin. The Exmoor Coast route traverses the length of Exmoor National Park and includes coastal features such as Culbone Hill (433 m) and Great Hangman (244 m).
