PB18km Trail Run

The PB18km Trail Run is an off-road event following a section of the Pennine Bridleway. The course begins in the village of Hayfield and travels to Rushup Edge before returning to the start. The route consists of a mixture of fast trails and several ascents through the scenery of the Peak District.

Participating runners cover a total distance of approximately 18 km with a total elevation gain of 806 metres. The event is designed for a range of participants, including those transitioning from road running to trails as well as experienced off-road athletes. The route is self-navigated, utilizing the official Pennine Bridleway finger posts for direction.

The organization provides a flexible start time window, allowing participants to begin their run solo or in groups. Support is available through the safety team located at the race headquarters and along the course. Participants must be at least 20 years of age on the day of the race to take part.

Registration includes navigation notes and a kit check. On-course support features water, fruit, and snacks. At the headquarters, runners have access to pizza as well as hot and cold drinks. Herod Farm Fell Race is a classic mid-week fell run. The course covers 3 miles with 1,100ft of ascent. Race HQ at Jubilee House offers parking, toilets, and post-race refreshments.

A social 10k trail run from Kickback Coffee in Bollington with free coffee on arrival, stiles and steady climbs, panoramic views, and dogs welcome though leads may be required through fields.

A 230 km Pennine Bridleway trail challenge to be completed within 75 hours, crossing Peak District and Yorkshire moors to finish in Cumbria. Indoor checkpoints provide hot meals, sleeping space and water support.

A 137 km trail challenge on the Pennine Bridleway with a 50 hour cut-off, indoor checkpoints, bunkroom accommodation and GPX navigation support. Entry is limited to 20 participants and total ascent is 3275 m.
