A trail race of 33 miles following much of the Chesterfield Round Walk across moorland, woodland, reservoirs and farmland. The course is largely unmarked and comes with GPX route notes, staffed checkpoints and medical cover.

Three circular challenge routes of 26.2, 23 and 18 miles around the Colne Valley near Marsden. Entries are by SIEntries with a 150 person limit and include checkpoints, refreshments and a finish meal.

A multi-distance running event at UCLAN Sports Arena in Cottam on Saturday 9th May 2026, using a 5K loop on the canal towpath and through Haslam Park. Distances range from 5K to ultra, with a six hour limit for the ultra.

A self-navigated trail event around Delph, Saddleworth covering about 19 miles with 3000 ft of ascent. The unmarked course visits five trig points, has three manned checkpoints, and requires full kit and a minimum age of 18.

Apocalypse Ultra in Church Stretton on May 9 2026 offers four distinct loops that can be combined into distances from 10 to 50 miles. The event features a 16 hour limit, HQ food, electronic timing and limited places.

A trail event around Delph, Saddleworth visiting trig points over roughly 18–19 miles with 3000 ft of ascent. The unmarked course requires self-navigation, mandatory full kit, manned checkpoints and post-race hot drinks.

Take on The Tour of Bradwell The Other Half, a challenging fell race in the Peak District starting and finishing at Bradwell Sports Club. Expect a long high ground route with big climbs and a lively mass start atmosphere.

A 14 mile AL-category fell race from Downham across seven of Pendle’s cloughs, with 4100 ft of ascent, mandatory FRA kit checks and checkpoint cut-offs on rough, trackless moorland.

Join the Cressbrook Crawl in the Peak District on Sat 9 May 2026. A scenic but testing 10.5 km trail with 400 m of climb starting and finishing at The Cressbrook Club. Pre entry is required.

A 5 kilometre (3 mile) in person mud run at My Life Legacy in Standish, featuring wooded trails, a real swamp and obstacles like cargo nets, mud pits and streams; Early Bird and standard ticket prices are listed.

A 5k obstacle course at Weston Park on 09 May 2026 where participants climb, crawl and slide over paths, tracks and grass. The event supports fundraising, includes on-course marshals, and provides refreshments, toilets and parking.

A senior fell race on 9 May 2026 at Lupton Fields, Sedbergh School, run under Fell Runners Association rules with a fully flagged route and marshals. Entry is for adults aged 18 and over and the entry fee is £2.

Fell races at Lupton Fields, Sedbergh on 9 May 2026, including the first event in the 2026 Junior FRA Championships and U18 England trial; category specific kit is required and parking proceeds support Kirkby Stephen Mountain Rescue Team.

A multi-distance running event at Naseby Village Hall with trail and road courses including a 35 mile ultra. The route alternates direction by year, features five checkpoints and requires mandatory kit and GPS tracking.
