Tackle the Apple Plod 10K.ish on Sunday 19 July 2026 at Myncen Farm for a two lap undulating trail run or walk through fields, wildflowers and dusty tracks. Enjoy a relaxed 2.5 hour cut off, weekend camping and finisher goodies.

Join the ATW St Albans Summer 10K on 19 July for a flat, traffic free single lap along the tree lined Alban Way, perfect for PBs or a relaxed summer run. Enjoy pacers, live music, a family fun run, free photos and a custom medal.

Run 10 or 5 mile trails through scenic Ashdown Forest with big climbs, flowing descents and stunning views. Friendly marshals, well stocked aid stations and bespoke finisher medals make this a rewarding summer challenge.

Take on a scenic 7 hour timed challenge along the River Thames at Wraysbury, choosing how many laps to run from a 3 km minimum up to 50 km or ultra distances. Finishers from 3 km earn a medal and everyone gets goody bags with vegan options.

RunThrough Trails South Downs leads along the South Downs Way from 12k to 50k with sweeping views across Hampshire and Sussex. Marked routes, aid stations, an event village and a themed medal with free photos create a memorable day.

Bright Skies Surrey Hills on 26 July 2026 at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking offers trail races from 10K to marathon, plus Canix and kids races. The marathon is self navigated with mandatory checkpoints.

August 2026

North Downs 50 on 1 August 2026 is a Guildford based trail event offering 50 km, 25 km and 10 km loop routes with covered rest stops, medical support and GPS tracking via an event app; camping and accommodation options are available.

Tackle the Vanguard Way Marathon or Half on 2 August from Croydon, a scenic out and back through parkland, woodlands and the North Downs with sweeping views and varied trails. Finishers get a medal and a goody bag.

A four day, 184 mile race along the Thames Path from the Cotswolds to the Thames Barrier. Competitors are self-sufficient, must carry mandatory kit, and overnight accommodation is provided at the end of Days 1 to 3.

A 57 mile point-to-point ultramarathon along the Thames Path from Kemble to Oxford, with four staffed checkpoints, a bespoke finisher medal and event apparel, mandatory navigation kit and a required 4.0 mph average pace.

A 49 mile point-to-point ultra along the Thames Path from Travelodge Oxford Abingdon Road to Henley-on-Thames. Three checkpoints supply water and nutrition, and all finishers receive a bespoke medal plus a technical t-shirt, mug or hat.

Take on a 7 hour timed challenge along the scenic River Thames at Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club, with distances from 3 km up to ultra. Tarmac paths, an aid table, cafe and finisher medals make it perfect for pacing or chasing distance go..

A 47 miles point to point ultra along the Thames from Henley to Kingston. The route passes Windsor Castle and Runnymede, includes three checkpoints with food and drink, and awards finishers a bespoke medal and technical shirt.

A long trail race that follows the North Downs Way from Farnham to Ashford, covering 103 miles with 11,000 feet of climb and a 30 hour cut off. The route is mainly trail, has at least 12 aid stations and mandatory kit requirements.

Two trail distances along the Mendip Way on 8 August 2026, finishing at Uphill Sands Beach. The routes feature woodlands, hilltop views and coastal terrain with aid stations and a cupless policy.

Choose any number of laps on a scenic 5.3 km loop at Denbies Wine Estate to make distances from 5 km up to ultra. Timed event with a flexible 1.5 hour start window and support on a hilly off road course.

A 10 km trail run at Ramsbury Brewery on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire, canicross friendly, mostly off road with medals, chip timing and a pint cup with a free drink included.

Out-and-back riverside races from Petersham along the Thames Path offering 10 km, half marathon and marathon courses with stocked checkpoints and KLP Medics; routes run on mixed towpath surfaces shared with the public.

SATURN TOO Midweek Medal Madness on 14 Aug 2026 at Wraysbury: a relaxed 7 hour timed challenge along the River Thames with distances from 3 km to ultra. Finishers earn medals and goody bags and enjoy aid stations on a scenic loop.
