Practical information

Water is available from self-serve barrels; there will not be pre-filled cups, so participants should bring a reusable cup or bottle. Hydrapak Speed Cups are available to purchase. Headphones are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed to take part. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
