Mince Pi Run - races of 2 decimal places

The event takes place on 13 December 2026 at Shalford Park, Guildford, GU48AA. Entry is limited to 200 places and the event is listed as open. The course is mostly off road and runs along the water's edge with one or two hills; some sections can be eroded so extra care is advised. Alternative courses are available if conditions dictate a change.

Distances and options include:

  • 3.14 miles up to 31.4 miles (1 to 10 laps)
  • Pi marathon option
  • 1 mile fun run in the shape of the Pi symbol

Junior participation on the 3.14 mile loop follows set limits: ages 8-11 years 1 lap, ages 12-14 years 2 laps, age 15 years 4 laps. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 12-15 must have an adult at the start and finish or may be accompanied during the event.

Race numbers are collected on race morning and must be worn on the front for lap and time recording. Car parking is available in nearby car parks; the Shalford Park car park is reserved for football block bookings and Millbrook car park (GU1 3XL) is about half a mile from race headquarters.

Bespoke Pi Pie medals are provided for all competitors. Results will be published online as soon as possible after the event, with an aim to publish within 24 hours. Entry fees are listed as £20.36 until 31 March 2026 and £23.50 until 10 December 2026. The event organiser is Wacky Events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
