Thames Path Trail Run, Windsor
The Thames Path Trail Run starts from Alexandra Gardens in Windsor and follows sections of the River Thames along the Thames Path. The course runs on generally flat, riverside terrain and offers extended river views and several riverside landmarks.

Route highlights include Boveney Lock, views of the River Thames, a large river weir on the Jubilee Thames Path, and the Eaton Railway Viaduct. The event is chip timed and the course is fully signed using pink arrows and pink tape. Water stations and on-course refreshments are provided, and marshals are positioned around the route. First aid cover and event photographers are present.
Finish-line provisions for participants include a high-quality metal medal, a refreshing drink, a finisher’s goodie bag, and a personalised certificate. Event logistics note that bib numbers are collected at registration on arrival and should be displayed on the front of the runner. The event asks participants to bring a reusable cup or bottle because the event operates plastic free. Spectators are welcome and hazards and road junctions are marked with caution signs for safety.
