Event overview

The Hardwick X-Stream takes place on 22 March 2026 in the village of Hardwick, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The event is limited to 300 runners and is organised by Bearbrook Running & Triathlon Club. The course is set entirely within Manor House Farm and is licensed as an EA cross-country event (permit approved, number pending).

The off-road course is approximately 6 miles long and follows an undulating route. Terrain includes grassland, ploughed fields, farm track, streams and ditches. The depth of the stream can vary with weather and clothing may get wet; the course may be altered if stream flow requires it. The route will be clearly marked and marshalled. The course is suitable for spikes. Parking adjacent to the start/finish is weather dependent and very limited. Portable toilets and limited changing facilities are available in the village hall; there are no showers. Water will be provided at the finish, and hot drinks and food will be available in the village hall.
