Course, services and rules

Routes use footpaths and tracks in Kent, Surrey and Sussex and change year to year. A route description, what3words references (example: habit.dent.ample) and a GPX file will be provided to each entrant and will be available on the event website before the event. The objective is to complete the chosen distance within ten hours.

The 50 km route has five checkpoints; the 25 km route has two checkpoints. Snacks and drinks are available at all checkpoints. Soup and sandwiches are provided for lunch at one checkpoint on the 50 km route. All food, drink, finish hot food and tea/coffee, and showering facilities are included in the entry fee.
