The Gatliff Marathon is an annual challenge walk, jog or run. The 2025 event is the 41st edition and takes place at Edenbridge Cricket Club, Matthew Cox Community Pavilion, Blossoms Park, Mill Hill, Edenbridge, Kent TN8 5DA. Routes run mostly on footpaths and tracks in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Entrants receive a route description and a GPX file before the event. The objective is to complete the chosen distance within ten hours.

There are four checkpoints on the 50 km route and two on the 25 km route. All food and drink provided by the organisers is included in the entry fee; snacks and drinks are available at all checkpoints and soup and sandwiches are provided for lunch at one 50 km checkpoint. Hot food, tea/coffee and showering facilities are available at the finish and are included in the entry fee. Entry fees are £20.00 for the 50 km and £18.00 for the 25 km.
