The North Downs 50 Ultra Challenge takes place on Saturday 1 August 2026 with a Guildford basecamp.   • 10 km - Guildford basecamp loop; ~230 m elevation.

Rest stops are typically every 12.5 km with major stops at about 25 km and 50 km. Meal and snack provisions are included in entry: snack stops every 12.5 km, a meal every 25 km, hot drinks, water and energy drinks at stops, and a hot food finishers meal. Covered rest-stop infrastructure, medical teams, podiatrists and massage services are provided. The route is waymarked with arrows and glow-sticks, and participants have GPS tracking via the event app; a timing system scans progress at rest stops. Join the Christmas Day Cracker Run, a friendly 7 hour time challenge along the Thames at Wraysbury. Run as many laps as you like from a short 3 km up to marathon and ultra distances, then celebrate with a festive goody bag and medal.

Join the Eartham Xmas Score on Saturday 27 December for 60 or 45 minute timed score courses across festive South Downs terrain. SO juniors enter free with a special code from the organiser for a family friendly orienteering challenge.

Flat Thames towpath course at Frozen Phoenix Day 1 lets you run any number of laps from short runs to marathon and ultra distances. Tenth year event part of the Twixmas Triple with timed entries, mementos for all and limited places.
