Windsor & Eton 10km

The Windsor & Eton 10km takes place on March 1st and is based at the Windsor & Eton Brewery in the town of Windsor, close to the River Thames. The event starts and finishes about 150 yards from the brewery taproom in the Thameside park of Baths Island.

The course is described as pancake flat and uses a mix of towpaths, footpaths and short sections of road. Approximately 50% of the route is off road, with a total elevation gain of 33 m. There is one water refill station on course and the event is cupless. Starts are staggered at two minute intervals.

Entry fees are listed at £30-£32 and entries close on February 27th if capacity is not reached. The minimum age is 16 and there is a two hour cut off time that allows for walking pace. Race instructions are distributed from February 16th.

Included with entry are a medal, chip timing, free downloadable race photos, prizes, toilets, bag drop and a pint cup plus a free drink. The free drink can be any pint of Windsor & Eton Brewery beer or a regular soft drink. A canicross 10km option is also offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
