Bright Skies Surrey Hills

Bright Skies Surrey Hills is a daytime trail event on 26 July 2026 at Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking RH5 6AA. The event offers multiple distances and separate children's races for ages 3 to 12.

The course passes through the Denbies Estate and across Surrey Hills terrain near Dorking. The route includes undulating, muddy, rolling hills and uses estate tracks and trails. This is the fifth time the event is held at Denbies.

The marathon's first half is mostly self navigation but will have reassurance and wrong way markers; the second half within Denbies will be completely marked. GPS devices with the route loaded are permitted. There are two checkpoints on the first half of the marathon course which must be visited.

For canix races there will be extra water bowls at feed stations. There is a tap near the hatch at Denbies for afterwards and additional water at the finish. Registration is located at Denbies in the event marquee or gazebo. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
