PHOENIX Fridays - Totally Quackers Friday

PHOENIX Fridays is a series of timed Friday running events at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 2JG. Events use a 5.3 km, 3.28 mile out and back course along the river Thames on a riverside towpath. The surface is off road trail and the overall course has no elevation gain or loss.

Participants may choose how many laps to complete within the event time limit. The minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as a participant can go in seven hours. Distances offered include a range from 5 km up to ultra distances, with intermediate options.

Entry fees are listed at £29.99 for affiliated runners and £31.99 for unaffiliated runners. These Friday events are described as smaller than the organiser s weekend events and have a lower entry fee than the organiser s standard themed events. All attendees and virtual participants receive a finisher medal or memento. The organiser can sometimes bring a selection of spinning Rubber Ducky medals and other bespoke finisher medals; specific medals may be available on request.
