PHOENIX Fridays - Quackers Friday

PHOENIX Fridays - Quackers Friday takes place on Friday 24 July 2026 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 2JG. It is part of the PHOENIX Fridays series of timed running events that are smaller than the organiser's weekend events and have a lower entry fee than standard themed entries.

The event uses a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back lap along the river Thames on a riverside towpath. The surface is off-road trail and the overall course has no elevation gain or loss. The minimum distance for participants is one lap (3.28 miles) or as far as they can go within the overall seven hour time limit.

Participants receive a finishers' medal or giveaway memento. The organiser can bring a selection of spinning Rubber Ducky medals from previous events for attendees who missed them earlier.
