BigHeat "CAMP-FIRE" is a weekend trail running festival on 18 and 19 July 2026 at Mill Farm, Lurgashall, Petworth GU28 9ER. It is the third event in the Classic Element Trail Series and is themed on the element Fire. The event comprises single-lap trail routes that pass locations such as The Serpent Trail, Blackdown and The Temple of the Winds. The event village will offer camping, yoga, live music, food and drink, showers, massages, a wild sauna and firepits. Canicross entries are not accepted.

Cut-off times are published per distance: 50 km - 9 hours; marathon - 7.5 hours; 16 mile - 4.5 hours; 12 km - 2.5 hours; LittleFeet 2 km - 75 minutes. A bag drop tent will be available on both days.

Camping pitches are available for Friday and Saturday nights - one pitch (max two small tents or one large tent or one campervan) with one vehicle per pitch - £40; no electric hook-up; water and shower/toilet access provided. Premier glamping in Bell Tents for two nights is offered at £200 per tent, sleeping four.

All runners must carry at least 500 ml of fluid. Aid stations will be stocked with snacks, vegan options, water and flat coke and will provide PH 1000 electrolyte drink (1,000 mg sodium per litre). Run the festive Christmas Jubilee River Run 2025, a pop up six hour event on a flat 5.24 mile out and back along the Jubilee River with views toward Windsor Castle. Places are limited and every finisher receives a bespoke medal.

Join the Christmas Day Cracker Run, a friendly 7 hour time challenge along the Thames at Wraysbury. Run as many laps as you like from a short 3 km up to marathon and ultra distances, then celebrate with a festive goody bag and medal.

Join the Boxing Day Run, a spirited 3.5 mile route from the Devils Punch Bowl Hotel across Hindhead commons and up Gibbet Hill. Pick a competitive category or the fun Drinking Run with a pint at the two mile point.

Join the Eartham Xmas Score on Saturday 27 December for 60 or 45 minute timed score courses across festive South Downs terrain. SO juniors enter free with a special code from the organiser for a family friendly orienteering challenge.
