London Backyard Ultra

London Backyard Ultra is a timed ultrarunning event held at Frylands Wood Scout Outdoor Centre on 29th August 2026. The event follows the Backyard Ultra format: participants run four miles on the hour, every hour, until only one runner remains.

The event package includes an entry ticket, participant medals, and a winner trophy and medal. Facilities listed for the event include a limited rest marquee for those without a pitch, a pitch area to set up a personal rest space, parking for one car for visitors on a first come first served basis, hot showers, hot and cold water, and on-site drinks and snacks.
