Aid stations offer water, coke, Precision Fuel & Hydration products (pre-mixed electrolyte drink, gels and chews), selection of crisps and sweets, Chia Charge mini flapjacks and fresh fruit.

The race is fully marked with orange arrows and ribbons and marshals at key points. Navigation backup via a GPX file is required. Maximum field 325 runners, overall time limit 9 hours. Entry is £75 (£73 UKA affiliated) with a discounted early price for the first 25 entrants; minimum age 20.
