The Bradenham Blast is a trail running event taking place on Sunday 20 September 2026 at Manor Farm, Bradenham, High Wycombe (HP14 4HF). The event offers three distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- Half marathon (21.1 km)
Routes run through beech woodland and open trails on the Bradenham Estate, within an arable nature reserve. The terrain is hilly with multiple climbs: the half marathon has six climbs and 413 m total elevation gain, the 10 km has four climbs and 251 m elevation gain, and the 5 km has one climb and 109 m elevation gain. Routes are fully marked and may be altered for safety.
Race details
Entries include a first aid post, free professional photography, a finisher eco-medal, and a tree planted on the entrant’s behalf. There is no refund policy; entries may be moved to a rescheduled event if the organiser cancels for weather or other factors outside their control. The race is permitted by the Trail Running Association (permit number 7305).
The 10 km course includes one aid station at about 4.9 km. Trail shoes are recommended. Under UKA rules, dogs are not allowed to take part. Headphones may be worn only if the wearer can hear marshal instructions and other runners.
Teams and prizes
Teams may enter for team prizes. For each distance the first three team runners score. Individual prizes are listed for 1st to 3rd places in the 10 km and 5 km categories, with separate prizes for men and women. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
