Bradenham Blast : trail running at Bradenham Estate

The Bradenham Blast is a trail running event centred on Manor Farm at Bradenham in the Chiltern Hills. The 10 km route runs through beech woodland and along large field margins on the Bradenham Estate, with varied terrain and views of the Chiltern countryside. The 10 km route includes four climbs, a sweeping final 3 km that is all downhill, an aid station at approximately 4.9 km and an elevation gain of 251 m. The course is fully marked and the event is permitted by the Trail Running Association; permit number is listed as TBC. The race provides timing, medics, a finisher medal and free professional photography. Under UKA rules dogs may not take part in the 10 km race; dogs on a leash are allowed in the start and finish area.

Participants must be over 16 years on the day of the race. No refunds or deferrals are offered; entrants are advised to consider cancellation insurance. The organiser reserves the right to cancel for weather or other factors and to move entries to a rescheduled event. Transport notes state Manor Farm is a short distance off the A4010, Saunderton train station is about a 25 minute walk and a bus stop outside the venue is served by the X30 and 130 routes.

Join NOT the London Marathon Run 2026 on Sunday 26 April in Walton on Thames for a flat, certified lap course along the riverside towpath. Choose marathon, half or a 7 hour timed challenge, enjoy flexible starts and a commemorative medal.

A guided 30 mile trail run near Guildford on 2 May 2026 that follows parts of the North Downs Way and the Greensand Way. Led by an experienced ultra runner and coach, it includes Leith Hill, a kit list and an end of run alcohol free beer.
