A multi-terrain 5.5-mile (8.8 km) race around Hopwood Hall near Middleton, Greater Manchester, with registration at the college sports hall. The event has an entry limit of 200, a minimum age of 16 and individual and team prizes.

A *20 mile* summer trail run on 8 August 2026 around the Cordwell and Linacre Valleys near the Peak District. Largely unmarked route with two staffed checkpoints, GPX files provided and a six hour time limit.

A BOFRA fell race at Arncliffe Village Green featuring a steep climb to a cairn and a two stage descent back to the green. A four mile road race is also held on the same day.

A 17 km fell race in the Lake District with 906 m of climb, visiting Grey Friar, The Old Man of Coniston, Dow Crag and White Pike. Entry is limited to 200, minimum age 18, and FRA mandatory kit and map and compass navigation are required.

An 8 hour looped running event at Temple Newsam Park in Leeds where participants run as many 5 km laps as they can. Mixed terrain, a single aid station, bag drop and lap based timing record distance and elapsed time.

Join the Tegg's Nose Fell Race on Sat 8 Aug 2026 in the Peak District for a challenging 8 mile course with 525 m of climb and fine views. Held with sheep dog trials, this classic fell race accepts pre entries and entries on the day.
