Facilities and rules

Feed stations are provided at approximately every 3 miles offering water, snacks, and fuel. The organiser provides marshals and course signage, and finishers receive a bespoke medal and post-race treats. The event is cup-less, so participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. Large over-ear headphones are not permitted; bone-conduction or one-in/one-out in-ear headphones are allowed. Road shoes are advisable.
