Black Rocks Fell Race is a 9.9 km out and back fell race from Cromford Meadows that includes a mid race climb past Black Rocks to a Trig Point. The marked course is mostly on good trails and entry is online in advance.

Experience a traditional FRA category AS fell race in Grasmere featuring a 7.4 km course with 700 m of elevation. This 150 runner event offers a direct ascent to Seat Sandal and a flagged descent through the Cumbrian fells.

A marked high-moor fell race of about 7 miles with 1200 ft ascent across tussocky paths and bracken. The FRA-licensed non-GPS event requires mandatory kit, has a 120-runner limit, and pre-entry closes 6 July 2026.

A 6.7 km fell race around the Stiperstones from Snailbeach with 375 m of ascent, steady climbs and mixed descents. Entries are available by pre-entry or on the evening and proceeds support local charities and Natural England.

Take on the Borrowdale School Bash up Bessyboot in the Lake District: a short but fierce 5.2 km with 456 m of climb, offering stunning fell views and a real challenge. Entry on the day, with beer and a burger for every finisher.

A category BS fell race of 6.4 Kilometres at Thurlstone Gala in South Yorkshire on 9 July 2026. Single lap, undulating course, entry £6 with a 150 runner limit and cash prizes including record bonuses.

A 59 mile point to point ultramarathon following much of the River Severn from Shrewsbury to Worcester. The race has four checkpoints with vegan and gluten free options and enforces a minimum pace of 4.0 miles per hour.

A multi-day gravel and trail running festival at Duncombe Park with a Friday 6 km night loop and Saturday 10 km, 20 km or 30 km routes, timed mystery segments, on-site camping and festival amenities.

Nant Gain is a fell race near Cilcain covering 7.6 km with 370 m of ascent, starting and finishing at the Cilcain Waterworks and registering at The White Horse Pub. Entry is £3 on the night and minimum age is over 16.

A 10 km adventure run with cargo nets, walls, monkey bars and a water slide near the Lake District. The event is part of a village Festival of Sport and includes shorter runs and family activities.

Trail races from Slaithwaite follow the Huddersfield canal out to Tunnel End, with four distance options, on course feed stations and marshals. Parking is limited and registration is at Slaithwaite Community Centre.

A series of waymarked, marshalled Lake District trail races from 14k to 100k based in Ambleside, with compulsory kit for ultras, GPX files for ultra distances, on-course feed stations and ITRA points for the 55k and 100k.

Wasdale Fell Race is a long mountain event in Wasdale covering 34 km/21.1 mi with 2750 m ascent. Navigation and strong mountain experience are required, full FRA kit is mandatory and carrying a provided tracker is compulsory.

Take on the New Embsay Fell Race on Sat 11 Jul: a punchy 2.5 mile course with 195 m of climb through the Yorks Dales. Part of the village fete, enjoy entertainment and refreshments and easy on the day entry for a fun community challenge.

Take on the Charlesworth & Chisworth Carnival Fell Race on Sat 11 Jul 2026 in the Peak District, a testing 5 km / 3.1 mile course with 180 m of climb. Pre entry and entry on the day plus junior races make this a great community running day.

A point to point challenge of just over 40 miles across the classic Lyke Wake route from near Osmotherley to Ravenscar, run on a handicap basis with seven checkpoints, mandatory kit and a twelve hour overall time limit.
