Run Henham is a park based running event at Henham Park in Suffolk organised by EPIC Norfolk. It features a 10 km race with chip timing and a 1 km fun run, bespoke medals, charity entry options and on site race facilities.

A mostly off road 15k trail at Trifarm near Boreham on 21 November 2026, following public footpaths and bridleways. The anticlockwise route starts by the lake and finishes on the running track beside the road entry.

A flat, fast trail run through the Suffolk AONB from Wantisden Hall offering three waymarked distances—9 km, 16 km and 23 km—with outposts on the longer routes and on-site facilities including free parking and timing.

A six hour timed event at Suffolk Running Centre on a 10.5 km road and trail loop. Participants run laps to cover distances from 5k up to ultra marathon, with parking included, water provision at the lap point, and a bespoke finisher medal.

December 2026

A new winter ultramarathon on 5 December 2026 covering about 80 miles across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk, with checkpoints, mandatory safety kit and live tracking that includes an SOS function.

A 10 mile canicross loop at Grafham Water on 6 December 2026, following reservoir paths, woodland and the dam wall. Dog friendly with required harnesses, aid station water bowls and finishers medals plus a dog charm.

Bauble Bimble at Ferry Meadows is a four or six hour multi‑terrain event on a 5.3 km lap, letting runners cover distances from 5k to ultras with an aid station each lap and an event medal.

A looped forest event at High Lodge on 13 December 2026 offering distances from 5k to ultra across a 5.3 km lap. Lap options, an on-course aid station, post-run tea and cake and a bespoke medal.

Festive themed half marathon on woodland trails, meadows and country lanes around Mid Suffolk, starting and finishing at Stowmarket Football Club. Manually timed cupless race with water refill, mince pie, photography and optional eco friend..

Christmas Canter at Suffolk Running Centre offers 5k, 10k, half, full and ultra distances, a bespoke finisher medal, aid stations every 10k and parking included. The event uses loop and out and back formats and has a seven hour cut off.

Final round of a four event winter trail series with over 95% off road on public footpaths and bridleways. Held at Trifarm in Boreham, the event uses a mostly clockwise 10 km course with on site parking and basic facilities.

January 2027

A lapped multi terrain event at Brandon Country Park with a 5.3 km loop. Run as far as possible within a 4 or 6 hour window, with aid each lap, marshal support, and bespoke medal options.

Windmill Way Wander at Suffolk Running Centre offers road distances from 5k to ultra across a rolling 600 ft route with village scenery and a view of the Dalham windmill. Aid stations appear every 10k and parking is included.

A lap based event at Bawsey Country Park offering distances from 5k to ultra marathon on sand, gravel and grass. Mass start, aid station every lap, bespoke finisher medals and parking included.

A winter trail 10 km through medieval Lavenham along an old railway line, featuring mixed terrain, mud and shallow streams. All finishers receive a medal and podium trophies are awarded for top finishers.
