The Chelmsford "Boos" Co Halloween trail run is scheduled for 31 October 2026 at Brewery Fields, Church Street, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, CM2 7LE. The route is a devilish 6.66 km trail. The event is described as a fun, fancy-dress based event rather than a running competition. The route is provided as a GPX/Strava file with a narrative backup. Logistics, rules and prizes

There is a £2 levy for non-TRA/EA members. Prices listed are: £16.50 until 31 Jan 2026; £17.00 from 01 Apr 2026; and £17.50 from 13 Oct 2026. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to each sign-up. There is no parking available until after 6pm and parking is limited; cycling, scooters and walking are suggested alternatives. A small area of the bar may be used to leave bags at the owner’s risk. Finishers collect a medal and may hand their race number to bar staff to claim a finishers drink and a packet of crisps. First aiders will be in attendance. Costume awards include trophies for the top three Halloween-themed costumes chosen by marshals and participants, and a mini-keg for the overall winner chosen by the organiser.
