Chelmsford "Boos" Co Halloween Trail Run

Great Baddow, United Kingdom • 31 Oct 2026

Chelmsford "Boos" Co Halloween trail run (6.66!)

The event is scheduled for 31 October 2026 at 2 Brewery Fields, Church Street, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, CM2 7LE. It uses a 6.66 km trail route provided as a GPX/Strava file with a narrative backup. The event operates under TRA permit number 7402 (TBC).

This is a fancy dress based trail run with a social element rather than purely a competition. A five minute time penalty applies to entrants who do not wear fancy dress. The top three Halloween themed costumes will be chosen by the marshal panel and peers and will receive trophies. The overall winner will be chosen by the organiser and will receive a mini-keg.

No under 18s are permitted because the venue is a licensed premises. Car parking at the venue is not available until later in the evening and remains limited; alternative options mentioned include parking at The Vineyards, local residential streets, cycling, walking, or using hire scooters. Local bus services are available.

Registration takes place inside the brewery. A small area of the bar is available for bag storage at participants' own risk. At the finish a marshal records entry times; finishers collect a medal and hand their race number to bar staff to claim a finishers drink and a packet of crisps. First aiders will be in attendance. There is a £2 levi for non TRA/EA members. Total places 50. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
