Galloping Grind 10k Trail Run

The 2nd Galloping Grind 10k Trail Run takes place in Boreham, Essex, at Orchards, Damases Lane. This dusk race features a predominantly anti-clockwise trail course, with a new route introduced for 2025. Participants are advised to wear high-visibility or reflective clothing and carry mobile phones for safety.

The event is limited to 40 runners, offering a unique atmosphere with a tail jogger and manual timing. After finishing, runners can enjoy coffee and cake at the horsebox. Registration includes a race number, maps, and course narrative sent prior to the event.
