Nuclear Fallout is an obstacle race held on permanent farmland near Brentwood, Essex. The event uses natural and man-made terrain including woodland, mud, bogs, rivers and lakes, and features signature obstacles such as the 20-foot Deathslide, a Travelator and a multi-lane zip wire into water.

The event is offered in multiple formats with different distances and age limits:

• 6 km course, age 14+, approx. 40+ obstacles.
• 12 km course, age 16+, approx. 70+ obstacles.
• 24 km plus course, age 17+, three 6 km laps, approx. 200+ obstacles.

Races are chip timed and every finisher receives a medal and a free finisher photo. Facilities and services on site include hot washdowns, changing facilities, buoyancy aids for water obstacles, free bag drop, free car park and spectator access. The 6 km option is described as suitable for those seeking a mid-distance obstacle experience and allows participants to walk, crawl or run at their own pace. The 12 km and longer formats emphasise endurance across varied terrain; organisers state there are no penalties for skipping obstacles on some race formats while chip timing still records performance.
