ATW St Albans Summer 10K

The ATW St Albans Summer 10K takes place on 19 July 2026 at Highfield Park in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The race is a single lap 10 km on a mostly traffic free route that follows the tree lined, disused railway known as the Alban Way towards Hatfield, makes a loop via Sleapshyde and returns to Highfield Park. The surface is mainly tarmac with a grass finish area.

The event is chip timed and the organiser provides pacers. Course features highlighted by the organiser include clear course marking, supportive marshals, free event photos and a custom designed finishers medal. Finish line snacks and other goodies are provided.

An event village includes a free family fun run for all ages, a kids zone, a Cow Juice Cafe, live music, massage and ice cream. The event partners with Alzheimer's Research UK and opportunities to donate or fundraise are provided at checkout.

Practical details published by the organiser note a parking charge of £3 depending on field conditions and that St Albans City Station is about a 1.5 mile walk from the venue. Entry is open to people aged 15 and over on 19 July 2026. The organiser offers transfers to another ATW event up to 48 hours before the event but does not offer refunds or transfers to another person.
