Autumn Amble is a scenic 7 mile self navigation trail around Great Dunmow on 2 November 2025, with HQ at The Butchers Arms. Choose your start time, follow the written route issued on the day, and celebrate at the pub finish.

Scenic timed loop around Canvey Island via sea wall and coastal path, starting and ending at Waterside Farm Leisure Centre. Counterclockwise, self supported and with a pub check in near 10k for a top up and friendly course sweep.

Explore ever changing trails at Galleywood Common with 10 or 16 mile self navigated routes provided on the day. There are no course markings or mass start and the finish at the Horse & Groom pub includes a voucher. Entrants must be 18+.

Join the Fox and Hounds Trail in Cock Clarks near Chelmsford for a scenic 3.8 or 7.7 mile self guided trail run on 16 November, with individual timed starts and proceeds to Centre Point charity. Friendly, low key and great for club runners.
