Run Henham

Run Henham is organised by EPIC Norfolk and takes place within the private grounds of Henham Park in Suffolk, near Southwold. The event is held in the autumn and runs entirely inside the park grounds.

Available distances:

  • 10 km race with chip timing.
  • 1 km fun run open to all ages.

Entry fees are stated as £26 plus a booking fee for the 10 km and £10 plus a booking fee for the 1 km. All entries include a bespoke race medal. An official race T-shirt is available as a £15 add-on at entry; sizes are offered as unisex XS to XXXL and shirts are collected on race day. Race numbers can be posted for £1.20 extra or collected on the day.

Charity entries are available for the 10 km. Charity entrants must reach a minimum fundraising amount of £100 via an official fundraising page to receive an entry fee refund. By selecting a charity entry, participants consent to EPIC Norfolk sharing contact details with the chosen charity. If the minimum fundraising target is not met the entry will be removed. If a fundraising participant cannot attend, donations already raised will still go to the charity.

Practical information: a bag drop is located near the start and finish area; marshals and first aiders will be positioned around the course. Only bone conducting headphones are allowed. Dogs are not permitted in the races. Running buggies are allowed. Entries are non refundable but can be transferred to another runner up to two weeks before the race. Total Race Timing provides chip timing for the 10 km. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
