Run Henham 10km & 1km

Run Henham takes place within the private grounds of Henham Park, located in Suffolk near Southwold. The event allows participants to experience the park grounds across a light trail terrain. Two distances are available:

  • 10 km
  • 1 km

The 10 km event consists of a single-lap course and is open to participants aged 15 years and older. This distance includes electronic chip-timing. The 1 km event is open to all ages. All participants receive a bespoke race medal upon completion.

Participants have the option to enter via a standard fee or a charity entry. Those choosing the charity option agree to fundraise a minimum amount for partners such as Big-C or the East Anglian Air Ambulance. Race numbers can be collected on the day or posted for an additional fee. Official race t-shirts are available for purchase as an add-on during registration.

Facilities at Henham Park include toilets, refreshments, and free parking. Running buggies are permitted on the course. While spectators may bring dogs on a lead, dogs are not permitted to accompany participants during the races. The event also offers an optional donation to support physical activity programs for people living with dementia in Norfolk and Suffolk.
