Run Henham: Exercising People in Communities

Run Henham is organised by EPIC Norfolk and takes place within the private grounds of Henham Park in Suffolk, the site of Latitude Festival. The next listed race date is 15th November 2026.

The event offers the following distances:

  • 10 km
  • 1 km fun run

All entries include a bespoke race medal. The 10 km race includes chip timing provided by Total Race Timing. Entrants for the 10 km must be at least 15 years old; the 1 km is open to all ages. Entry fees are listed as £26 plus booking fee for the 10 km and £10 plus booking fee for the 1 km.

A charity entry option is available for the 10 km. Charity entrants must raise a minimum of £100 through an official fundraising page to receive a refund of the entry fee. By choosing a charity entry, participants consent to their contact information being shared with the selected charity. Fundraised donations remain with the charity if the runner cannot participate. Failure to meet the minimum fundraising amount will result in the charity entry being removed.

Race numbers can be posted for £1.20 or collected on race day. An official race T shirt can be added for £15 with unisex sizes from XS to XXXXL. A bag drop is provided near the start and finish. Marshals and first aiders will be positioned around the course. Only bone conducting headphones are permitted. Dogs are not allowed to take part. Running buggies are permitted. Entries are non refundable but may be transferred to another runner up to two weeks before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
