Summer Boudicca Way 50 km Ultra 2026

The event is a 50 km ultramarathon along the Boudicca Way long distance path in Norfolk, running from Diss to Norwich. It is described as beginner friendly and accepts both runners and walkers. This is the third edition following events in 2024 and 2025.

The course follows the Boudicca Way alongside the old Roman road and passes through Pulham Market, Fritton, Saxlingham, Stoke Holy Cross and Caistor St. Edmund. The route has easy transport links with railway stations a short walk from the start and finish locations.

Entries open on 21 July 2025 and close on 29 August 2026. The event is limited to 250 participants and the minimum age on race day is 20 years. Entry fees are listed separately for UKA members and non members. Included in the entry fee are a unique medal, food and drink at checkpoints, GPS tracking, first aid services, a light meal and hot drinks at the finish, and prizes for first to third place in Female and Male or Open categories. One pound from every entry will be donated to Norfolk Trails. A two pound fee reduction is available for members of clubs affiliated to UK Athletics or members of the Trail Running Association.

Transfers to another participant are allowed until midday Saturday 05 September 2026; deferrals are not allowed. Refund protection options are available.
