There are four aid stations located at 13.0 km (Benacre), 23.3 km (Reydon), 35.1 km (Dunwich Church) and 44.2 km (Sizewell). Aid stations provide water, soft drinks, Precision Fuel & Hydration products, gels and chews, snacks, sandwiches, flapjacks and fresh fruit. Toilets are available at the start, finish and at or near multiple checkpoints.
