There are four aid stations at 13km (Benacre), 23.3km (Reydon), 35.1km (Dunwich Church) and 44.2km (Sizewell). Aid station supplies include water, coke, electrolyte drink, gels, chews, crisps, sandwiches, flapjacks, biscuits and fresh fruit. Toilets are available at checkpoints 2 and 4, with additional facilities at the start, finish and along the route.
