Shotley 24 - Shotley peninsula, Suffolk

Shotley 24 is a 24 hour camping and trail running event taking place on Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th July 2026 at Shotley Village Hall in Stutton, Suffolk. The event uses a fully marked coastal loop of 4.3 miles on the Shotley peninsula. The route includes farm track, forest path, country lanes, riverbank and tarmac footpath.

Race headquarters provides overnight camping and campervanning included in the entry fee. Camping at race HQ is for competitors only. The event provides event parking and toilets. Chip timing is used and first aid cover is provided by Challenge First Aid. The event is licensed by the TRA and held under UK Athletics rules.

Entries are open and the minimum age is 18 on the event date. Entry fees per person vary by category: solo, pairs, small team (3 to 4), and large team (5 to 6), with an additional charge for non attached entrants. Included items for competitors comprise a bespoke medal, a Coastal Trail Runners vest for anyone completing one lap or more, a special vest for solo runners completing 100 or more miles, and solo and team prizes. Additional activities at race HQ include Core and More Pilates and Yoga. Optional extras include sauna and plunge pool for £15, and a bacon roll and coffee for £5.
