Trifarm Winter 10k Trail Run

Boreham, United Kingdom • 8 Feb 2026

Event Overview

The Trifarm Winter 10k trail run takes place on 8 February 2026 at Trifarm, Church Road, Boreham, Chelmsford, Essex (CM3 3EJ). It is the final event in a four-round seasonal trail run series.

The race distance is 10 km. The course is more than 95% off road, using public footpaths and bridleways. The winter route is mainly clockwise and heads away from the river to avoid floods. The race starts and finishes at the far end of the Trifarm car park.

A Trail Running Association permit (number 6807, to be confirmed) applies. Non TRA or UKA members pay a £2 levy. The event has a limit of 50 places.

Facilities and Course Services

Registration takes place in or near the Trifarm car park, where runners can collect race numbers. Race numbers must be worn unfolded on the front for timing purposes. A tail jogger will sweep the course, and there is a finish line timer, but there are no marshals and no water stations on the course.

Bottled water is available at registration. Participants can fill bottles at a tap near the bicycle racks before the start and at the finish. Food and drinks, such as bacon rolls, tea, coffee, and cakes, are on sale from the Trifarm team.

Pre-run swimming and post-run sauna are available at Trifarm by booking directly with the venue. There is on-site parking.
