Bauble Bimble

Peterborough, United Kingdom • 7 Dec 2025

Event format

Bauble Bimble is a time-limited, multi-lap running event with two duration options: a six-hour option and a four-hour option. Participants run repeated laps of a marked course and may rest between laps. The event uses a lap-based system; participants who leave the Base Camp before the end of their chosen session may be allowed to start an additional lap. Standard lap targets are given for common distances - for example, a half marathon is listed as five laps as standard and an ultra as nine laps as standard, with options to increase laps on the day.

Location and course

The event is held at Ferry Meadows, Ham Lane, Peterborough, PE2 5UU. The course is a multi-terrain single lap of 5.3 km, consisting mainly of footpaths with some grass and trail areas. The terrain is described as country park paths and grass. Road trainers are suggested, with trail shoes optional depending on recent weather.

Logistics and entries

Race HQ and the aid station are at the start and lap point. Baggage should be left inside cars near the startline. The event is cupless - participants must bring their own bottle or cup for refills.
