Tunnel Vision night and dawn runs (Market Harborough, 6-7 November 2025)

Tunnel Vision is an out-and-back running event of 5 mile distance held on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 November 2025. Both routes include a passage through Oxendon Tunnel, which is 422 m long. The organisers will provide mood lighting inside the tunnel, but participants must carry a headtorch or small handheld torch. The tunnel surface has ruts and puddles; the rest of the route is hard packed track suitable for road or trail shoes. The dawn edition offers a sunrise view along the route.

Logistics, entries and support

Entries are available via Let’s Do This, priced at £22 for a single race and £39 for both. The minimum age for competitors is 14 years. Entries and transfers close seven days before the event. Pre-race number/chip and pre-ordered t-shirt collection is available on Wednesday 5 November at Harborough Leisure Centre (LE16 9HF) between 18:00 and 20:00; parking is free at the Leisure Centre. The start area is signposted from Northampton Road and is located off Scotland Road behind the Protheroes garage.

All finishers receive an event medal; medals interlink for those who complete both runs. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers. Finish refreshments differ by race.
