Location and site details

The race takes place on Rauceby Estate, a 2,000-acre property with Rauceby Hall at its centre and 71 acres of surrounding parkland. Rauceby Hall is a grade II listed Jacobethan style house built in 1843 as the seat of a merchant banker. The property has remained in the same family for the past 181 years. The estate history notes involvement in the funding of the Navigation, a canal that connected the market town of Sleaford with the River Witham to transport goods to Boston and beyond. The hall was designed by a Scottish architect who also worked on nearby country houses that share similar architectural features. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
