Event Overview
The Turkey Trot Challenge is a timed running event held at the Suffolk Running Centre in Barrow, Bury Saint Edmunds. The race follows a six hour format where participants aim to complete as much distance as possible within the time limit. Runners are permitted to start a final lap as long as they depart the designated Base Camp area before the six hour mark is reached. The course follows the Back Quack route, which features undulating, multi-terrain surfaces.

Participants have the flexibility to run as much or as little as they choose, with the option to rest between laps. The Race HQ and Base Camp are located at the start and completion point of each lap. This central area hosts the water and aid station for the event. The event operates on a cupless basis, requiring participants to bring their own bottles or cups for refilling at the aid station.
