Let it Stow - Half Trail Marathon

This festive themed half marathon follows well trodden footpaths, woodland, meadows and quiet country lanes around Mid Suffolk, with views of the surrounding landscape. The 13.1 mile route is described as well signed using a combination of arrows and hi vis tape and includes a number of road crossings.

The event is cupless to reduce single use waste; fresh drinking water will be available for refilling bottles at the start and finish. Trail running shoes are essential. The race is manually timed and professional photography will be taken. An optional eco friendly finisher medal is available. Mince pies are included and trophies are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers.

Start and finish are at Stowmarket Football Club, Greens Meadow, Bury Rd, Stowmarket IP14 1JQ. Toilets and refreshments are available in the clubhouse. Race numbers will be collected at the registration desk on the event day and will not be posted beforehand. All cars parked in the venue car park are parked at the owners risk; organisers and land owners accept no responsibility for loss or damage.

Entry is at the competitor’s own risk. Medical assistance is provided for the duration of the event but the organisers and land owners accept no liability for injury. Pictures and video footage may be used in event publicity and media. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
