Event information

The OMG (One Mile 2 Go) Run takes place on 24 January 2026. It is a timed trail event described as undulating with a six-hour event cut-off; a four-hour cut-off also applies for a later start option. Entrants are limited to 100. The published minimum age is 18 years. The event uses lap formats for some distances: a heavy half marathon is set at five laps with the option to increase to six or seven on the day, and an ultra marathon is set at nine laps with the option to increase up to 12 laps depending on time. A bespoke finisher medal is available; a standard finisher or a lucky-dip medal option is also offered. Prices vary by distance and medal option, approximately £27 to £38.

Location and logistics

The venue is Bawsey Country Park, PE32 1EP, located on the B1145 between the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Gayton. The course terrain includes sand, gravel and grass. The Race HQ and lap point are at the start area, with an aid station provided at each lap. The event has gone cupless, so participants should bring their own bottle or cup for refilling. Parking is included in the entry cost; participants must collect a parking code before departing.
