Trail Running calendar near Cave Spring 2026-2027

A 50 and 100 mile ultramarathon near Galax, Virginia run on a one mile loop with about 500 feet of vertical gain per loop. Aid and hot food are provided each loop and onsite camping and shower facilities are available.

Ultimate Runner is a unique one-night challenge featuring five races: a 1-mile, 400m, 800m, 100m, and a 5K cross-country. To be ranked, you must complete all events. It takes place at the Bob Sosnik Track in Winston Salem.
